‼️ New #job-extensions Channel in Unity Slack
Request a job extension through the new #job-extensions channel in the Unity User Community Slack. Please avoid posting job requests in #help-desk or other channels to avoid clutter.
⚠️ Updates to High-Memory GPU Jobs
Starting on June 15, 2026, jobs that do not utilize high-memory GPUs will be terminated after a two hour grace period. Warning emails will be sent to users with jobs that would be terminated under the new policy.
Repeated misuse of GPU resources, including attempts to circumvent this policy, may result in loss of access to GPU queues. Learn more about GPU jobs on Unity here.
🔧 Hardware Failure on April 30
We thank users for their patience amidst the firewall issues from the Unity cluster at the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC).
The Unity team successfully installed a replacement Unity firewall. During downtime, we were also able to patch the critical copy fail vulnerability.
